How to use

Place the chiller in an open, well-ventilated area with at least 100 cm / 39 inches of clearance around the vents. Do not place the unit in a closet, cabinet, or small enclosed space.

Connect the chiller to your tub using the included water hoses. The lower port should connect to the lower port, and the upper port should connect to the upper port. Before connecting the water inlet pipe to the chiller, allow the pipe to fill with water first. This helps remove trapped air and allows the pump to work properly.

Fill your tub so the water level is higher than 2/3 of the chiller height. Power on the unit and wait 1–2 minutes for startup. If no water flow appears at first, restart the chiller 2–3 times, waiting 10–20 secondsbetween each restart.

For smart control, download the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app. Make sure your phone and chiller are connected to the same Wi-Fi network and that Bluetooth is turned on during setup.

Care & Maintenance

To keep your chiller working properly, install and operate it according to the user manual. Keep the unit in a shaded, ventilated area and avoid direct sun, rain, or snow. Do not cover the intake or exhaust vents during operation.

Replace the water filter about once per week, depending on water quality and usage frequency. Clean the hair filter and filter gasket about once per month. If cooling performance decreases, clean the condenser by gently spraying it with water to remove dust buildup. The condenser should be cleaned about every two months, especially if the unit is used outdoors.

For longer product life, limit daily operation to around 12 hours, regularly clean the water pump, tub, and filtration system, and use neutral disinfectants to reduce corrosion. If the chiller will not be used for a long time, drain all water and keep the unit dry.
