Assembly and placement
Blisspod advises planning for two people to assemble the sauna on a flat surface. Manuals and assembly videos are provided where applicable, with telephone support available.
Assembly is required using the manufacturer’s quick-assembly system. Check room dimensions, doorways and the delivery route before ordering. Follow the manufacturer’s installation and operating instructions. Electrical preparation is required before use.
Shipping and delivery
Blisspod estimates curbside delivery approximately 10 business days after ordering, including carrier scheduling and transit. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. The driver will call to arrange a delivery appointment.
Shipping is included within the contiguous United States; Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are excluded. The customer may suggest an accessible driveway or area in front of the home for the skid. Curbside delivery does not include moving the sauna indoors, assembly or electrical installation. See our Shipping Policy.
Packaging
Ships in two boxes on a pallet, with an approximate combined shipment weight of 226 lb. Store delivery terms are in our Shipping Policy.
Manufacturer-confirmed warranty
Blisspod confirmed a two-year limited warranty for indoor saunas against manufacturing defects and malfunction. Coverage includes replacement parts and shipping for covered claims. Labor is not covered. Blisspod provides replacement guidance by video and telephone support. Keep your order documentation and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
