Plan your installation before ordering
The supplier confirms a 9 kW heater compatible with 220–240V. Required amperage, circuit-breaker specification, connection details, clearances and installation instructions remain pending from the supplier. Use a licensed electrician to plan the installation once those instructions are available. The cabin measurements below are not installation clearances.
Shipping and delivery
Our shipping policy lists standard delivery of 6–11 business days, including handling, unless a product-specific exception applies. Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout. We currently ship within the contiguous United States and Washington, DC.
Returns and warranty
Review the full return policy before ordering. Eligible unused items must include their original packaging and accessories. Approved non-defective returns incur a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping. Report delivery damage or defects within 48 hours. Used or installed products cannot be returned unless defective upon arrival. Return authorization is required before returning an item.

Supplier-confirmed dimensions
Footprint: 200 × 200 cm (78.74 × 78.74 inches). The black cabin’s roof slopes from 210 cm (82.67 inches) at the lower side to 220 cm (86.61 inches) at the front. Use 220 cm as the maximum assembled height before adding the manufacturer-required installation clearance, which is still pending.
Delivery and assembly
Delivery is curbside by a vehicle with a liftgate. The customer must be present and help unload the shipment from the liftgate. Arrange adequate unloading assistance; curbside delivery does not include moving the sauna into its installation location. The sauna arrives in a wooden crate and requires self-assembly. John currently estimates delivery in seven days; this is a supplier estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Installation and operating instructions ship with the sauna; advance copies and full installation details are still pending.
Don John limited warranty
DON JOHN STYLE 4UR HOME provides a two-year limited warranty to the original retail purchaser, beginning on delivery. Keep the original invoice or receipt as proof of purchase and delivery date. Coverage is non-transferable and ends if ownership changes.
What is covered
- Structural, manufacturing and material defects under normal residential use and maintenance.
- Cabin walls, framing, benches, roof and floor grates: structural failure or rot that makes the unit unusable.
- Heater body, climate device and electrical control panels: factory defects.
- Glass doors and panels: cracking or failure during normal, recommended temperature cycles.
John confirms this warranty covers this sauna supplied through Longevity Modern, in response to our Shopify Collective order inquiry. Residential coverage is two years from delivery. Public, commercial or heavy communal use has one year of coverage.
Exclusions
Coverage excludes normal wood weathering, checking (minor cracks), shrinking, expansion, surface mold and natural greying from heat or moisture. It also excludes damage from improper installation, unauthorized modifications, chemical sealants, power surges, lack of maintenance, flooding, fire, wind and severe weather. Installation requires a flat, level, water-resistant surface and a licensed electrician for the heater connection.
Remedy and costs
The supplier decides whether to repair a defective part or supply a replacement. Repaired or replaced parts retain only the remaining original warranty period. Coverage is parts-only. John confirms there are no costs during the first 90 days from delivery. After 90 days, the buyer pays labor costs, technician fees and shipping or freight charges, as stated in the January 2026 agreement. This does not establish an included on-site repair or installation service. The agreement excludes loss of use, third-party damage and incidental or consequential costs.
How to claim
Stop using the sauna when a defect is discovered. Send written notice, your original invoice or receipt, a description of the defect and clear photographs to Info@donjohnstyle4urhome.com. Supplier phone: 505-785-7695. The supplier states it will respond or provide a resolution path within two weeks of receiving the claim.
Claim timing: Report defects promptly within the applicable warranty period. John clarified that issues under the two-year residential warranty must be reported within two years of delivery. Commercial coverage is limited to one year. The written agreement’s “24 months of discovering the defect” wording does not extend these coverage periods.
