Really solid construction and the infrared heating is very effective. The carbon heaters warm up quickly and distribute heat evenly. Only minor issue is it's quite cozy for taller people, but that's expected for a 1-person unit. The bench is comfortable and the wood finish looks beautiful in my home gym.
